Camtasia Studio 6 is a brilliant screen recording tool that allows you to create professional teaching videos which you can then upload in to your training courses.

    Another great tool for developing great video presentations, eLearning presentations is Scate Ignite ( http://www.scateignite.com ) . They have a similar product to cantasia but easier to use without lacking features. It is also a bit less expensive with the home edition starting at 39.00 US!
