Litmos had a fantastic time at Learning Technologies in London’s Olympia this year. At the booth the team met several customers and hundreds of new people who came to see us for the first time.

It wasn’t quite “Do you come here often?” but more “So, what does Litmos do?” that was the favourite question for our first-timers.

Personally I love these open questions, as it’s sure to become a conversation of mutual discovery to reach an understanding if we could be compatible together. In my role of Customer Success I’m very much involved in building relationships, and several of these have begun at events like Learning Technologies.

We hope many of these first dates will blossom into new relationships that make all the great things in online learning happen.

In addition to our new visitors, we had several of our valued Customers and Partners take the time to find us and meet the team.

I was fortunate enough to deliver two of the 110 seminars to packed theatres in the exhibition hall this year. My topics generated some great questions and feedback, making it clear to me that many LMS administrators and those looking to venture into Online Learning for the first time have similar struggles.
