EVP of Litmos at CallidusCloud
Rory Cameron has over 15 years of experience in business development, sales, and sales operations across a range of technology sectors.
At CallidusCloud, Rory runs the platforms group which consists of Litmos.com, Clicktools, and Leadformix, highly disruptive platforms in their respective markets.
He has held numerous roles at CallidusCloud across sales, corporate development, and alliances, both in EMEA and North America. Rory led the effort to broaden CallidusCloud’s solutions suite including a volume SaaS operation and the development of the company’s renowned sales academy.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Rory ran divisions for a range of technology companies including Datapac Ireland, MTL and Bytes Technology Group. Rory was featured in CRN Magazine’s Channel Chiefs, 2013. He also serves on the board of Revert.io.
VP of Innovation
The office's premier barista, Dan co-founded Litmos and developed the initial LMS solution. Following CallidusCloud's acquisition of Litmos, Dan stayed on as VP of Innovation and continues to drive architecture and strategic direction of the product.
Realizing early on that he was not going to make the rock and roll hall of fame, Dan earned his coding stripes at various startup companies, developing web-based eLearning and payment solutions. He has led many successful SaaS software companies and has over 15 years' experience in this field.
VP of Product and Support
Sarika leads the product management team at Litmos. She is passionate about building products to solve business problems and is an avid learner. Sarika has been with CallidusCloud for more than six years and was instrumental in taking the core product offering — Commissions to SaaS business. In addition to Litmos, she has led the products for the Selling Cloud, Hiring Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Prior to joining Litmos, Sarika worked at leading software companies including Oracle. She held variety of positions ranging from Engineering, Product Marketing and Product Management.
Sarika holds a Masters with distinction in Information Systems from George Mason University, and Masters in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering.
VP and GM of Healthcare Division
Peter Cizik has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of business development, sales and operations roles in both Fortune 100 companies and startups. After co-founding and leading BridgeFront as its CEO for 13 years before its acquisition by CallidusCloud, Peter is now the VP and General Manager of Litmos Healthcare. Tasked with aggressively growing the healthcare division by leveraging Litmos disruptive technologies and working with the leadership team to find expansion opportunities to grow the broader Litmos business across all industry segments.
Prior to co-founding BridgeFront, Peter held a variety of operational and business development roles at Intel Corporation and was a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Peter is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BSEE and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Chief Learning Officer
Brent Schlenker has over 20 years of experience in the Learning and Development industry. He's built and re-built training organizations, and developed innovative technology based learning solutions across all departments within small, medium, and large corporate structures.
Over the last 10 years, Brent built his career as an industry leader through blogging, speaking at industry events, and promoting eLearning through social media channels. After five years with The eLearning Guild, he is DevLearn Program Director Emeritus and was responsible for programming the event from 2008 to 2012.
He joined the Litmos team in April 2014 as the Chief Learning Strategist and brings his wealth of experience, industry knowledge, and networks to the strong learning products under the Litmos brand.
Prior to discovering his passion for technology-based learning, he worked in video production as a producer for a local Arizona NBC affiliate. He brings that experience, innovation, and creativity to the booming industry of eLearning. He also holds a BA in Media Arts and an M.Ed. in Educational Media and Computers.
VP of Technical Operations
Steve Hancock is the VP of Technical Operations for Litmos Author. He has been actively involved in the eLearning industry for over 20 years, long before it was called eLearning. Many of those early years were spent creating courses from scratch, using many different tools. He has co-authored four books and given many presentations about eLearning development based upon those experiences. During the last eight years he has helped engineer and build the authoring tool that has become Litmos Author. He has a bachelors degree in English Education and a Masters degree in Instructional Technology.
Steve is married and has eight kids. He loves spending time with his family, reading any and all kinds of books, running, and thinking about how technology can improve learning.
Head of Professional Services
Mike is responsible for Litmos' learning content library and solutions, where he brings over 15 years of software product, operations, and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to his current role, Mike has been involved in many areas of CallidusCloud, including Director of the Hiring Solutions group and Director of Customer Enablement for CallidusCloud’s SPM Solution. Prior to CallidusCloud, Mike worked in customer-focused roles as VP, Service and Support at ForceLogix Technologies (acquired by CallidusCloud), and as co-Founder and Managing Partner at XenoWize LLC (acquired by ForceLogix Technologies) where Mike lead a team that developed numerous custom SaaS and analytic solutions across a range of industries, including the predecessor to CallidusCloud’s SPM solution.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a BA in Journalism with a Computer Science emphasis.
Head of Corporate Sales
As Head of Corporate Sales, Justin is responsible for ensuring each potential Litmos customer receives top notch service, works with a knowledgable product expert and becomes a long-term Litmos customer. He oversees coaching, execution and overall growth of the team. Prior to his current role, Justin was an account executive for Litmos.
Justin is passionate about learning, technology and sales, which makes this position a natural fit.
Justin is a proud San Jose State University Spartan.
Head of Enterprise and Government
Jonathan brings over 15 years of Sales experience across a variety of HighTech and SaaS solutions. His most recent experience in Learning and Development is focused on running Litmos' Enterprise & Public Sector divisions. He works with organizations to take the pain of running heavy legacy LMS solutions, and help them deploy a learning solution that works anywhere, on any device, or in any business application.
Prior to Litmos, JB's sales experience spanned the High Tech Data Storage Industry, CRM & Customer Success platforms, the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem, and the LMS Industry.
Jonathan is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research.
When he isn't working with the best team of LMS experts in the industry, he is probably knee deep in diapers or golfing.
Head of Marketing
Tim is Head of Marketing at Litmos. He joined CallidusCloud, Litmos' parent company, in 2012 and has held various customer-focused, marketing automation, and marketing positions during his tenure. Today, he is head of corporate marketing programs including field marketing, corporate communications, global customer programs, advertising, campaigns, events, and corporate branding. Prior to CallidusCloud, Tim got his marketing smarts while working at SMART Modular Technologies, where he was responsible for planning, implementation and development of new marketing ideas.
Tim has a BA in Marketing from San Jose State University. Outside of work, Tim enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, backpacking, spending time with friends and family, and watching his favorite bay area sports teams!
Head of Customer Success
Madeline leads the Customer Success team for Litmos. She comes with over 10 years in customer service experience. Prior to working for Litmos she was a technical trainer for a Microsoft partner.
When she is not assisting with Litmos customers she enjoys traveling the world.
