Executive Vice President
Rory Cameron has over 15 years of experience in business development, sales, and sales operations across a range of technology sectors.
At CallidusCloud, Rory runs the platforms group which consists of Litmos, CallidusCloud CX, and Datahug, highly disruptive platforms in their respective markets.
He has held numerous roles at CallidusCloud across sales, corporate development, and alliances, both in EMEA and North America. Rory led the effort to broaden CallidusCloud’s solutions suite including a volume SaaS operation and the development of the company’s renowned sales academy.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Rory ran divisions for a range of technology companies including Datapac Ireland, MTL, and Bytes Technology Group. Rory was featured in CRN Magazine’s Channel Chiefs, 2013. He also serves on the board of ThisData.
VP of Innovation
The office's premier barista, Dan co-founded Litmos and developed the initial LMS solution. Following CallidusCloud's acquisition of Litmos, Dan stayed on as VP of Innovation and continues to drive architecture and strategic direction of the product.
Realizing early on that he was not going to make the rock and roll hall of fame, Dan earned his coding stripes at various startup companies, developing web-based eLearning and payment solutions. He has led many successful SaaS software companies and has over 15 years' experience in this field.
SVP of Product and Services
Sarika leads the product management team at Litmos. She is passionate about building products to solve business problems and is an avid learner. Sarika has been with CallidusCloud for more than six years and was instrumental in taking the core product offering — Commissions to SaaS business. In addition to Litmos, she has led the products for the Selling Cloud, Hiring Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Prior to joining Litmos, Sarika worked at leading software companies including Oracle. She held variety of positions ranging from Engineering, Product Marketing and Product Management.
Sarika holds a Masters with distinction in Information Systems from George Mason University, and Masters in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering.
VP of Corporate Development
Peter Cizik has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of business development, sales and operations roles in both Fortune 100 companies and startups. After co-founding and leading BridgeFront as its CEO for 13 years before its acquisition by CallidusCloud, Peter is now the VP of Corporate Development, tasked with working with the leadership team to find expansion opportunities to grow the broader Litmos business across all industry segments.
Prior to co-founding BridgeFront, Peter held a variety of operational and business development roles at Intel Corporation and was a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Peter is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BSEE and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
VP of Operations, EMEA and APAC
Paul Cooper is a senior software sales leader with 30 years of experience leading high tech teams across Europe.
Paul is a BSc honors graduate in Management Sciences from the University of Bradford in the UK. He is an experienced Salesforce.com practitioner and is passionate about coaching his people to help them transition from tactical selling to solution-oriented sales.
Paul has worked for a wide range of companies including some of the largest high tech companies in the world like Dell, IBM, Xerox and a few software start-ups. He was one of the key people involved in the set up the first Dell call center in Ireland and has subsequently helped mid-sized software companies achieve double-digit growth in Europe.
Paul has been with CallidusCloud for four years and is excited about leading the Litmos team in EMEA and Asia.
VP of Customer Success, EMEA and APAC
Oliver Joined CallidusCloud through an acquisition in November 2014 and now leads the Customer Service and Support function for Litmos in the EMEA and Asia regions.
Prior to joining the Litmos team in late 2016, Oliver has held a variety of roles leading Customer Support, Professional Services and Consulting, Business Analysis, Product, and Customer Success. Oliver was part of the leadership team for Clicktools prior to its acquisition by CallidusCloud and developed the Customer Success, Support, and Services offering that led his team to deliver record retention rates year over year.
Oliver graduated from The University of Exeter and is a fully paid up member of the CXPA.
VP of Customer Success
Terry Lydon is the VP of Customer Success for Litmos. Terry was the original co-founder of the ViewCentral learning management system (now Litmos Training Ops) and has over 30 years' experience in Silicon Valley’s computer and software industries.
Previously, Terry was Vice President of Services at Brio Technology, where he was responsible for building and directing both the educational services and technical support organizations. Terry has also held senior technical positions with such companies as Aurum Software, Celerity Computing, Apollo Computing, and Prime Computing.
Head of Sales Operations
As Head of Global Sales Operations, Steve is responsible for maximizing the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team and ensuring the best customer experience throughout the entire sales process. In addition to running the core sales operations functions, Steve also runs the Sales Development team.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Steve ran global Sales Operations for other technology companies, including Apttus and MSC Software.
Steve holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College.
Head of Corporate Sales
As Head of Corporate Sales, Justin is responsible for ensuring each potential Litmos customer receives top notch service, works with a knowledgable product expert and becomes a long-term Litmos customer. He oversees coaching, execution and overall growth of the team. Prior to his current role, Justin was an account executive for Litmos.
Justin is passionate about learning, technology and sales, which makes this position a natural fit.
Justin is a proud San Jose State University Spartan.
Head of Enterprise and Government
Jonathan brings over 15 years of Sales experience across a variety of HighTech and SaaS solutions. His most recent experience in Learning and Development is focused on running Litmos' Enterprise & Public Sector divisions. He works with organizations to take the pain of running heavy legacy LMS solutions, and help them deploy a learning solution that works anywhere, on any device, or in any business application.
Prior to Litmos, JB's sales experience spanned the High Tech Data Storage Industry, CRM & Customer Success platforms, the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem, and the LMS Industry.
Jonathan is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research.
When he isn't working with the best team of LMS experts in the industry, he is probably knee deep in diapers or golfing.
Head of Marketing
Tim is Head of Marketing at Litmos. He joined CallidusCloud, Litmos' parent company, in 2012 and has held various customer-focused, marketing automation, and marketing positions during his tenure. Today, he is head of corporate marketing programs including field marketing, corporate communications, global customer programs, advertising, campaigns, events, and corporate branding. Prior to CallidusCloud, Tim got his marketing smarts while working at SMART Modular Technologies, where he was responsible for planning, implementation and development of new marketing ideas.
Tim has a BA in Marketing from San Jose State University. Outside of work, Tim enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, backpacking, spending time with friends and family, and watching his favorite bay area sports teams!
Head of Litmos Studios, Packaged Content
With the gusto of a Hollywood producer living in the Silicon Valley, Adam is the General Manager for Litmos Studios. He brings over a decade of Instructional Technology and Communication Design experience to our Training and Learning Content business. Overseeing a growing product line of compliance related and business skills course content. Adam works with SME's across all industries, focusing on generating product assets that are designed to ensure compliance for Healthcare, High Tech/IT, Trade Compliance, HR Compliance, and Sales and Leadership/Management.
Adam has enjoyed a rich and diverse career in communication design and sales. As an instructional designer, he worked with the California Department of Education and CalSTRS building comprehensive training programs. In 2009, he worked in Korea, shaping cultural awareness training for Avalon English and shortly thereafter he spent four months touring South East Asia with nothing but a backpack and a penchant for adventure.
Adam has been in various business development, sales, and leadership roles with Litmos for the past three years. He received his BS in Instructional Technology and Communication Design from Chico State University.
Head of Emerging Markets
Anand Kumar is a seasoned technology leader with 20 years of experience driving product strategy, business development, and M&A initiatives for high tech companies including LeadFormix and CallidusCloud.
Anand is in charge of growth and expansion in emerging markets for the Litmos Learning Suite. He has a vast understanding and expertise in these markets, especially with Southern Asia growth strategy.
Anand is a results-oriented, data-driven, hands on leader, currently responsible for the Litmos learning management solution's expansion in emerging markets. Anand has held multiple roles within CallidusCloud and most recently was responsible for the Callidus marketing automation solution.
Before joining CallidusCloud, Anand was one of the founding team core members at LeadFormix, where he built the business units from the scratch, served as VP of Professional Services, and contributed to the successful acquisition by CallidusCloud in January of 2012.
