Teams
Use Teams to group trainees together. Teams makes it faster to assign courses and send messages to the group.
Managers love the ability to compare team results by using our team based reporting which also encourages a more competitive environment and increases group morale.
Custom User Names
If you run an organization like a call centre or retail chain where not every employee has an email address you need custom usernames.
For those users who don't have email addresses, create a custom login name like sally@company.
