Litmos represents a continuous skill evaluation tool
that adds value in a dynamic way to our Training and Development Department
What makes Litmos special is its compatibility to our business. Currently, all our relevant
training modules are uploaded into Litmos and are then allocated to each and every
agent according to their specific skill set need. The results of Litmos testing
are available immediately after their training to evaluate not only the level of
understanding the agent has gained, but also the level of training in the department.
This result is a real time evaluation that we use to determine if our agents are
ready and confident to take the next call!
The great thing about Litmos is the fact that the system can be changed and
aligned with the changes in the requirements of our growing business. This is definitely
