GoToTraining Integration for Litmos
Integrate GoToTraining video conferences with Litmos ILT to launch virtual instructor-led training sessions
With the GoToTraining integration, Litmos administrators can schedule and track live training sessions that occur as GoToTraining web conferences. These GoToTraining web conferences are created and managed within Litmos' ILT module, where any date and time configurations set on the ILT module will automatically create and send out GoToTraining emails with links, session details, and calendar event reminders. Once live sessions are created, GoToTraining links are populated within the course and in the learner's schedule tab, so that ILT web conference modules are placed in a number of different places for convenient access. Once learners click into the GoToTraining session, GoToTraining attendance and attendance duration data is tracked and sent back to Litmos ILT reports.
Multiple administrators can launch different live training sessions across one or more courses, at the same time, and this is made possible when numerous GoToTraining licenses, from one GoToTraining account, are authorized against individual administrators or instructors in Litmos.
