The Climate Corporation aims to help farmers around the world protect and improve their farming operations with uniquely powerful software, hardware and insurance products. The company’s Climate Technology Platform combines hyper-local weather monitoring, agronomic modeling, and high-resolution weather simulations to deliver mobile SaaS solutions that help farmers improve profitability by making better informed operating and financing decisions.
Olivia Holter, Channel Enablement Coordinator at the Climate Corporation, looked at several LMS solution options to train channel partners on its software products. Climate Pro is one of the Climate Corporation’s main offerings and in order to sell it effectively to end users, dealers needed extensive training on the product so they could fully unlock the value for their customers. Initially, the company had an intensive three- to four-month long instructor-led training, but as the company grew, learners needed to have the ability to access training materials online.
