Prior to implementing Litmos solutions, Commercial Express used a third-party learning management system which could not support a personalized training offering. They wanted to start training insurance brokers but knew they wouldn’t be able to do with this with their current platform. Commercial Express decided to switch to the Litmos LMS so they could give both their employees and insurance brokers more confidence when selling and administering their insurance products and dealing with clients.
Now all their employees and insurance broker clients have access to the LMS, which they call CE Learning Online, to support their professional development and to help meet their risk and compliance requirements. Training and support is available to a mixed audience to promote their product range, improve users’ technical knowledge, and raise professional standards in their industry.
