FCS International visits approximately 150 healthcare organizations per year providing high quality training, consulting, and eLearning services. The organization's mission is to come alongside health care professionals at long-term care, retirement homes and nursing homes to provide the training necessary to create healthy work environments for seniors to spend their remaining days happy and protected.
FCS International required a system to support the creation, development and shaping of an extensive training library to help facilities and organizations achieve the highest level of care possible. With its eLearning user base growing from 100 to over 20,000 learners in five years, the custom LMS system was no longer able to support the growth of the eLearning user base. Therefore, FCS International needed an eLearning platform that could scale with the business. This led to the question of what to do next. Should the training team build a new custom platform, or look for a SaaS based technology partner who offers a platform that helps facilitate growth and lets them focus on the core business of providing content?
