Advanced Search Options for People – Wild Card and Access Roles
An advanced way to search for users in the Search Bar under the People Tab is to use the % sign to generate a user whose data includes anything following the % sign. This includes partial email addresses, first names, last names, and usernames.
For example, the following screenshot shows a search for anyone with the email address: @litmos. Putting “%@litmos” pulls up anyone whose email includes this data.
To search by access role, type “role” and then the access role.
To search for:
Learners: role learner
Team Leaders: role team leader
Administrators: role administrator OR role admin
Account Owners: role account owner
