Competencies reporting is available via the Reporting Engine.
Administrators can navigate to Reports> Reporting Engine> Competency
Two Competency reports are available: Competency Configuration Report and Competencies Skills Report.
Competency Configuration Report
This report shows the relationships between Competencies, Competency Types, Skills, and Job Roles. It’s designed to help Account Owners and Administrators to view the structure of their overall Competency framework to ensure it meets their organizations’ needs.
The default field selections are:
-
Job Role Name
-

-
Skill Name
-
Learning Path Title
-
Course Title
These will provide a basic relationship overview of the competencies as they are setup for your organization. Additional files are also available for Job Role, Competency, Skill, Learning Path, Course and Course Custom fields.
The report can also be filtered by Job Roles and Competencies.
The report preview will display sample data.
Once generated, the report can be scheduled, downloaded, or shared.
Competencies Skills Report
Individual User competencies, skills attained, and skill gaps can currently be viewed in the Competencies tab of the Learner profile. The Competency Skills Report shows both summary and detailed data to give a complete look at the Competencies and Skills of all users in your organization.
Navigate to the Competency > Details > Competency Skills Report
To view a detailed report, leave the default fields as selected. (Including any # fields will change the nature of the report to be a summary report) In the detailed report, you can report on both skill gaps for users along with the Competencies and Skills learners have already attained.
The report can be filtered by Users or Teams.
The report preview will show the sample results.
Once generated, the report can be scheduled, downloaded or shared.
To view a summary report, add some of the additional count based fields and remove fields such as Competency Name and Skill Name. See a sample below.
Viewing summary data, you can see counts of:
-
Number of Skills attained
-
Number of Skills not attained
-

-

The report can then be filtered, previewed, and downloaded and scheduled.
