Online Facilitation – Facilitate the Learning

Once you’ve laid down the foundations of a great learning environment, you’re ready to start the facilitating! You can establish an open environment for learning by making sure everyone is comfortable. Facilitating isn’t quite the same as traditional teaching or instructing; it’s a more modern approach – you’re presenting information and theories, and allowing the learners to reach their own conclusions. Plus, you’ll be creating and maintaining conversations, setting goals, and encouraging your learners the whole time.
