Phil has been in the online training space for more years than he cares to admit. He has held senior education roles in government, led product development in one of Australia’s first listed digital education startups, founded his own e-learning business and for the last three and a half years has led Litmos APAC and its predecessor Learning Seat. Phil has a wealth of knowledge in the application of digital education strategies to corporate learning, broad experience in the design and delivery of e-learning projects and a passion for the design of innovative learning solutions.
Kate has over fifteen years’ experience working in the Financial Services industry and over ten years’ experience working as a Risk & Compliance Manager. Kate built an enterprise-wide risk and compliance training and communications framework including e-learning, covering both legislation and local and global company-based policies. Lindsay brings over 10 years’ experience as a workplace relations and employment lawyer, having been engaged as a private practice lawyer in large, commercial firms, prior to making the transition to her role at Litmos. Lindsay advises public and private organisations about their legal obligations, risk exposure and compliance strategies, understanding the importance of balancing these with commercial considerations. Lindsay is responsible for developing our compliance product strategy at Litmos and acting as subject matter expert on compliance training content. She has a particular passion for anti-discrimination law, and the role of compliance in creating healthy, thriving businesses.
Claire Lavin is a Litmos Product Manager. With a background in education, multimedia and communications, she’s passionate about representing the voice of the customer in the business and building products that meet customers’ needs, and delight users and learners.
Stephen joined Litmos in 2012 as a sales representative, and throughout the years he found his way onto the product management team. Today, Stephen is responsible for overseeing the technology partner integration ecosystem and various components of the core Litmos product. Stephen’s greatest achievements to-date are the Salesforce integration and the Litmos Marketplace of Connected Apps, but there’s more to come!
