The Lenny Awards showcase innovative and inspiring Litmos use cases across all industries and organizations of all sizes!

Have you implemented Litmos in a way that has measurably improved your employee engagement and/or performance, improved your sales, service, and/or channel performance, strengthened your customer training, and shown a proven ROI that gives your organization a strategic advantage? We want to celebrate you!

If chosen as a winner, you will be given the opportunity to present your Litmos use case and share your best practices to our customer base in the second annual Lenny Awards Customer Showcase! You will, of course, also win the best prize… a Lenny statue to show off in your office, the back of your online calls, and of course social media- it’s all about bragging rights, after all!

New this year – if chosen as a winner, you will also receive the following complimentary Litmos Services from our Professional Litmos Services team!

  • Operational review: In-depth review of initial use case build, performance audit, and updates made per needs. The Litmos PS team will prepare/present overview and recommendations document adjustments as needed.
  • 3 hours enablement: Abbreviated onboarding workshop with access to enablement consultants which can answer common questions.
  • 2 hours tech consult: Consulting on the technical capabilities of the LMS and potential configuration and/or optimization options.
  • 1 hour Admin Service: Handling LMS admin tasks, including course and learner maintenance, reporting, account settings, and more.
