Culture Series – Harassment Awareness

Violence and harassment in the workplace are damaging and harmful. Whether discrimination from a supervisor, or workplace bullying, this type of conduct is never acceptable. While many organizations state their expectations for a harassment-free workplace in their code of conduct, training is essential to communicate and embed the policy.
Using real-life situations and interactive design, this course helps to build a shared understanding of why harassment in unacceptable at work. It describes harassing behavior and steps to take if an employee experiences this kind of treatment.
