Let Go of Control
We’ve all been there. Someone’s told us to ‘let it go’. Like it’s the easiest thing in the world. We won’t do that – but we will tell you to stop trying to control everything. Having control over a situation is good; over-planning every aspect of your life… isn’t. A need for too much control can create fear, anxiety, and ultimately, disappointment. This course will re-assess your relationship with control, and encourage you to ease your grip. Our Mindfulness workbook provides further guidance with control.
