Understanding Sexual Harassment – What Everyone Needs to Know
Harassment is unwelcome conduct from a boss, co-worker, group of co-workers, vendor, or customer whose actions, communication, or behavior mocks, demeans, puts down, disparages, or ridicules an employee. Unlawful workplace harassment occurs when enduring offensive conduct becomes a condition of employment or the conduct creates a hostile work environment. In this course, we will define sexual harassment, review reporting procedures, protection against retaliation, and understand how the law provides protection in the workplace.
