Release Notes

This month we released 52 courses to our content libraries. This month sees the release of our green finance examination with four new courses looking at how different financial tools can facilitate responsible growth and help accomplish sustainability-linked business objectives. 

• In What is Green Finance, we introduce some key concepts and outline how financial resources are used to support responsible business activities.
• We explore how organizations use green finance solutions to drive sustainable development in Green Finance and Sustainability.
• In Green Finance and Your Business, we share insights into how organizations can secure funding to improve their environmental impact.
• And we look at how green finance is helping organizations mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change in Green Finance and Climate Change. 

We add to our Leading Learning series with skills in coaching, running effective meetings, and mental well-being.

For our east coast US customers in Illinois, we are releasing five new and updated courses covering the City of Chicago sexual harassment prevention training requirements. These courses are timed duration courses, meaning learners can only complete the training after the mandatory time required. We have also introduced a new Bystander Awareness training, which meets the requirements for the City of Chicago, but can be used by customers in any state in the US wanting to provide Bystander training.

For Australian customers, we’ve updated all our courses in misleading conduct, competition law, and consumer law.

This month we released 39 courses to our content libraries. In this month’s release, we continue our investigation into innovation with four new courses that explore how organizations can reinvent their workforce through innovative strategies.

• In Core Soft Skills, we examine what workforce innovation is and outline the key skills that facilitate it. 
• In Innovation in Education, we uncover how to apply innovation in the learning and development sphere and see how to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement. 
• In Reskilling Your Workforce, we look at how employers can fill emerging roles and ensure their workforce’s long-term success through reskilling.
• And finally, in The Importance of Lifelong Learning, we explore how employees and roles develop in line with technological innovation and how to create and maintain a resourceful and versatile workforce.

For Australian customers – we’ve updated all our privacy for the private sector courses and workplace bullying for changes in penalties for breaches and the update to the Western Australia WHS Act. We also have updated our Family and Domestic Violence Awareness courses to reflect the new employee entitlement for paid family and domestic violence leave.

This month we released 63 courses to our content libraries. In this release, we focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for Leaders and Managers and Personal Development. 

Leaders are key to the success of any DEI initiative and strategy. So many ideas for improving diversity, equity, and inclusion require structural and organizational changes. Who has the power to make these structural and organizational changes? Leaders do. With this in mind, this month, we release seven courses aimed at Leaders and Managers – focusing on

For our UK customers, particularly our Financial Services organizations, we have five more courses to help your employees get up to speed on their ethical conduct or complete some professional development hours. We’ve added a new course on Insider Dealing and updated Anti-bribery and Corruption, Consumer Rights Laws, Treating Customers Fairly, and Financial Sanctions. These courses are more in-depth and include a range of scenarios and learning checks to embed the learning.
