What’s the G2 Corporate LMS Category?
SAP Litmos fits into the Corporate Learning Management System (LMS) category because the solution “helps companies organize, track, and manage employee training efforts.” Of course, SAP Litmos offers capabilities beyond employee training, such as customer training, partner training, and training for the extended workforce (e.g. contractors, gig workers, freelancers, etc.), but our bread and butter has always been employee training.
Further, according to G2’s definition:
“Corporate LMS products are used to manage individualized training programs for onboarding, development, and compliance training purposes. Organizations use corporate LMS software to track employee progress and assign courses... Corporate LMS software acts as a centralized repository of learning content for both employees and administrators, enabling greater visibility and accountability for employee development.”
Yep, all of the above is right in our wheelhouse!
