Prior to SAP Litmos, Conservice was doing a blend of classroom training and using a different LMS for assessments and certifications. Their LMS wasn’t very easy to use or navigate, and they didn’t link the user interface. They create learning paths for every position at Conservice, which includes a checklist of courses users are expected to take in order to become certified. Now anytime there is a need to get content out, they create a course easily and assign it to the right groups of people. Conservice has courses on ethics training, communication training, leadership training, etc., and SAP Litmos has allowed them to streamline their training and make it transparent to all team members.
