When Covid-19 interrupted our world, L&D professionals adapted their training for a new environment. Living rooms and kitchens replaced offices, and suddenly entire training programs shifted to a virtual landscape. Now, some workers are returning to the office full time. However, many more only go in once or twice a week, and others have chosen to remain completely remote. How do you create training that’s relevant and engaging for everyone?
