From the menu, click on schedule link under Classroom/vClasroom.
2. Enter the course name and add the schedule name with its specific location information.
3. Enter or select option as needed:
Schedule Group ID.
Number of Credits (If Purchase Credits are enabled).
Registration Start/End Date (The first and last days registrations will be accepted by the system).
Registration End Time (Valid for the registration end date. To stop accepting registration on the start date of the event, use the start date as the registration end date and add a registration end time.)
Turn On/Off Schedule Display Date (The dates to display the schedule in the attendee views).
Course Type (User defined pull-down value used as a search criterion on the attendee views).
Language (User defined pull-down value to display the language the course is presented in).
Course Name URL (Enter a URL in the Course Name URL field (including http://) or click the paper clip icon to upload a file from your computer, to enable customers to access a URL containing additional information about the course/event).
Course Image (Enter a URL for the image in the Course Image field or click the paper clip icon to upload a file from your computer, to display a graphic image with the course listing).
Course Image (Enter the URL in the Course Image URL field or click the paper clip icon to upload a file from your computer, to open a URL when the graphic image is clicked).
Click Save.
NOTE: When the record is saved, the Schedule screen reappears with all the available tabs.
Deleting a live learning schedule in LTO
Note: When deleting a schedule, you must first cancel any registrations associated with the schedule.
