Using a combination of language fields and site branding you will be able to easily display course/event and related information in multiple languages in your attendee views and manage the languages in your communications.

How to add an additional language to a course record
Create a new course record or find an existing course record as needed
Click on the Translation tab
Select the desired language from the language pull-down
Enter the desired language information in the fields available as needed and Save
Repeat the process for additional needed translations

Options
Communications
System Information, i.e., Countries, Attendee View labels, and Salutations
