CX: Execution Plan
This execution course will cover the key learning objectives from the CX arm of the Revenue Enablement suite of courses. In it, the learner plays a CX executive tasked with decision-making around some of the main CX concepts and functions. The learner will use the information they’ve gained from the courses in the CX channel to help them navigate these scenarios successfully. However, the decisions they make could also lead to negative consequences if the key learning points from the previous courses aren’t adhered to. This positive or negative reinforcement is designed to aid key information retention.
