Psychosocial Risk Awareness for Employees (AU)
Absenteeism due to mental ill health is estimated to cost the economy up to tens of billions of dollars a year. Employees health is not just about physical health, but psychological health too. This course helps employees identify hazards that give rise to psychosocial risks and describes how to implement controls to eliminate or minimize them. It helps employees recognize stress in their lives, and provides guidelines on how to deal with it, including reporting psychosocial hazards and where to go for more information.
