This month we released 39 courses to our content libraries. In this month’s release, we continue our investigation into innovation with four new courses that explore how organizations can reinvent their workforce through innovative strategies.

• In Core Soft Skills, we examine what workforce innovation is and outline the key skills that facilitate it. 
• In Innovation in Education, we uncover how to apply innovation in the learning and development sphere and see how to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement. 
• In Reskilling Your Workforce, we look at how employers can fill emerging roles and ensure their workforce’s long-term success through reskilling.
• And finally, in The Importance of Lifelong Learning, we explore how employees and roles develop in line with technological innovation and how to create and maintain a resourceful and versatile workforce.

For Australian customers – we’ve updated all our privacy for the private sector courses and workplace bullying for changes in penalties for breaches and the update to the Western Australia WHS Act. We also have updated our Family and Domestic Violence Awareness courses to reflect the new employee entitlement for paid family and domestic violence leave.
