In 2020, COVID-19 brought about a new set of challenges in delivering training to people working from home. Given the general movement toward flexi-working, Tauranga City Council needed an alternative to traditional classroom-based training. Within two weeks, they had signed with Litmos and rolled out their first course to over 900 employees. Less than a year later, they won a global award for Best Transition to Remote Training.
In this webinar, Narelle Davis, Litmos Solutions Consultant, is joined by Tauranga City Council’s Daniel Moore, Portfolio Manager, and Jamie Mannion, Digital Trainer, as they share their journey from searching for an online training solution during a global pandemic to using step-change to deliver an award-winning learning and development program.
This webinar discusses:
- How implementing an LMS can create the foundations for a significant step-change in learning and development for your people
- Aligning different strategies and stakeholders, while adapting to external factors
