First, cancel all existing registrations 1.1 Click on Attendee from the left navigation panel and search for the attendee profile 1.2 Choose the Registrations tab 1.3 Click on the blue arrow in front of the registration number; this will open the registration record: 1.4 Scroll down to the Registration Status and from the drop-down, choose Confirmed Cancellation
1.5 Repeat the above steps for each registration
2. Delete the Attendee Record 2.1 Click on Attendee from the left navigation panel and search for the attendee profile 2.2 Click on the Trash Can icon in the top right corner OR the Delete button at the bottom of the attendee profile page.
*Note: The system will give you a warning – click okay to proceed with deletion*
