AI PLAYLISTS

Users can save up to three playlists under “My Learning” in the Learner Home page. There is currently no limit to the number of AI Playlists that administrators can share with individual users or teams.

The AI Playlist feature can be used by both Learners and Administrators. Both learners and administrators can manage or delete AI Playlists. Learners can curate and refresh their personalized collections of learning materials, while Administrators can share targeted learning playlists to individual users or teams, based on specific learning needs or skill gaps.

Using AI to create learning playlists has multiple benefits for learners and managers, enhancing the learning experience by providing a tailored, organized, and up-to-date collection of training materials. With the Litmos AI Playlist, learners can make the discovery and organization of learning content more efficient and targeted to their specific needs and goals. Since the AI Playlist uses natural language prompts, finding and saving playlists is intuitive and easy. Users can create multiple playlists and sort courses by relevance, title, or content creation date, which makes it easy for them to find the right training in the moment, or pick up where they left off. Plus, Litmos AI Playlists are dynamically updated to include the latest and most relevant content, to ensure that users always have access to up-to-date learning resources.

Litmos AI Playlists allow users to discover and save their learning interests, similar to how someone would create a music playlist. Users can generate playlists of training courses, assets, and resources using natural language prompts, which are then displayed on the learner’s homepage for easy access and tracking. Administrators can share playlists with individual users or teams. These playlists can be customized to align with individual learning interests and career goals, and they are automatically updated to ensure that users always have access to the latest content. This feature helps in organizing learning content, expanding learning access, and increasing engagement while encouraging autonomous learning.
