Litmos Accessibility Statement and European Accessibility Act Support

Litmos is committed to making its digital products accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive and user-friendly experience that aligns with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA and the requirements of the upcoming European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Our Commitment to Accessibility

We believe that digital accessibility is a fundamental right. We are actively working to ensure that our websites, applications, and other digital content are designed, developed, and maintained to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, adhering to the four principles of accessibility outlined in WCAG 2.1. This commitment extends to our efforts to comply with the EAA, which aims to harmonize accessibility standards across the European Union for a wide range of products and services, including online content.

Ongoing Efforts to Maintain Accessibility:

We view accessibility as an ongoing effort. We regularly evaluate our products against WCAG guidelines and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure continued compliance with the evolving requirements of the EAA.
We are taking a number of steps and devoting resources to further enhance the accessibility of our products. We use a variety of automated and manual testing efforts as part of our standard release process as well as conduct accessibility audits. In addition, our engineers receive training specific to building products that are accessible.
