The Questions feature allows Account Owners to create a bank of questions that can be reused and maintained questions across multiple assessments from a single location.
The Question Bank feature is available under Account Settings > Litmos Features > Questions.
Here, Account Owners can add questions or question categories. Questions are added to the question bank in the same manner they are added to assessments.
Once the questions are created, they can be used in multiple assessments and maintained directly from the Question Bank. The question list shows all questions, the categories they are attached to, and the number of assessments they are currently included in.
Questions in the question bank can be edited from this view. Questions can be edited either within the question bank or can also be updated in all assessments where they exist from this one location.
Question Categories can also be created within the question bank in order to help group different question types. The Question Category List details the number of questions within each category.
To add question bank questions into an assessment, either create a new assessment module or navigate to an existing assessment. Select ‘Add from the question bank’ and choose your question. It will appear in the assessment with an information icon to indicate it is a Question bank question.
Question bank questions cannot be edited within an assessment; they are view only. Account Owners will have the ability to go directly to the question bank from this view to edit the question in the question bank if required.
Questions created in the question bank can be added to multiple assessments (including question pools), saving Administrators time and effort when creating assessments.
