Edit Or Reset Course Or Module Results Completion Or Compliant Until Dates And Achievements
How to Set Course’s Status to Incomplete or to Complete for Selected User(s) in Bulk
Navigate to the course’s People subtab as follows: Content,>Courses, Click on the course title,>People subtab
Search for and tick to select the user(s) whose results you wish to set for this course
Use the ‘Perform a bulk action’ tool to select ‘Reset course results’ or ‘Set status to complete’ from the dropdown menu
The course results will be reset to 0% complete or 100% complete
Tip: Please select users from just one page at a time since changing pages will refresh the view as well as the selections.
Reset, Edit, or Set Module Results to Complete
Navigate to the course’s People subtab as follows: Content,>Courses, Click on the course title,>People subtab
Search for the user then click the user’s Edit Results button
Click the module’s Edit button to either set the Module to complete with the appropriate date, or if the module is already complete and you wish to reset the results, set the module to incomplete by deselecting the ‘Completed’ field and Save. To edit a module completion date, set the module to incomplete and then to complete with the appropriate date.
Edit Course Completion Date, or Set a Course to Complete or Incomplete for a Single User
Navigate to the course’s People subtab: Content,>Courses, Click on the course title,>People subtab
Search for the user then click the user’s Edit Results button
To set the course to complete, click ‘Set course to complete’ and confirm. To edit the course completion date, click on the calendar icon under ‘Completed Date.
Edit Course Compliant Until Date
Navigate to the course’s People subtab: Content,>Courses, Click on the course title,>People subtab
Search for the user then click the user’s Edit Results button
To edit the Compliant Until date, click on the calendar icon under ‘Compliant Until’
Achievements
By default, Achievements will accumulate to provide a date record of each course completion. If desired, past Achievements can be removed from within the Edit Results view by clicking the X to the right of the Achievement.
