Account Owners and Administrators can create or manage modules and download files for uploaded modules from within the Module Library
‘Allow download of files from the Module Library‘. This needs to be enabled prior to the time the file was uploaded.
From within the Module Library at: Account Owners and Administrators will be able to:

Add, edit/update and preview modules before adding them to courses

Download files for uploaded modules if the download setting is enabled in account settings

View and search/filter the complete listing of all modules that you have added to Litmos Training

Update Modules that exist in multiple courses from the one convenient location.
Modules can either be Uploaded (your file upload) or Created (choose a Litmos module type.)
To Upload a module, browse to the file and upload
To Create a module, Select Create and choose a module type.
Once saved, module settings can be Edited.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The ILT, User Checklist and Learner Upload modules cannot be created via the Module Library. These module types must instead be created from within a new or existing course with the Litmos Content Creator (at the Courses tab)
To Edit a Module
To Edit a module, click the module from the module library list then edit and Save.
To Download a Module
Once Downloads have been enabled by an Account Owner (Account Settings>Profile>Courses/Learning Path), navigate to: Content>Modules>Click on the module>Download
