For the first time we are providing standardized training content and tools across all locations and teams, even our deskless employee base. Separately, we have the ability to be proactive with our compliance training.

Since introducing Litmos, we’ve completed more than 4,000 courses. In turn, this has led to increased employee engagement and a reduction in our staff turnover.
