California Sexual Harassment Prevention for Supervisors and Managers
Regardless of the job you do or the industry you’re in, your workplace should be a safe and motivating atmosphere, free from harassment of any kind. This course is about preventing sexual harassment in the workplace in California. It looks at how certain behaviors can constitute sexual harassment and may be against the law. It also explains some of the causes and impacts of sexual harassment, and how to respond to them as a supervisor and help employees. There are two parts to this course that must be completed.
