Chemical Exposure (AU)

Every day, across a range of industries, Australian workers are exposed to chemicals. Even chemicals we think of as ‘safe’ can pose a risk to our health and safety if used incorrectly or over long periods. Knowing the dangers and how to properly handle chemicals can be the key to staying safe in the workplace.

This course covers important information about managing chemical exposure at work. It looks at how it can occur, workers’ and employers’ responsibilities and how everyone in the workplace can reduce the risks.
