What’s the right thing for an employee to do when offered a gift in return for services performed in connection with their duties? The actions of public sector employees – no matter their role – shape the way they, their employer and the public sector are seen.

This course outlines the conduct expected of public sector employees in Victoria. It covers the Public Sector Values and responsibilities and obligations of public sector employees. It also looks at personal and professional behaviour, obligations related to public comments, use of resources and conflicts of interest.
