Think about how you view conflict. Is it positive or a negative? This course will allow you to reflect on your own views of conflict and how you’ve handled it in the past. The fact is: conflict is inevitable. When you work in an organization with many different personalities, points of view, and values, there’s no avoiding conflict – but that’s not a bad thing. Then, we’ll reframe how you view conflict – and by the end of the course – you’ll see conflict as a positive opportunity for growth and development. The course includes Stephen Covey’s seven habits to conflict resolution, which we’ll break down to help you approach conflicts at work. Lastly, we’ll explain what the ideal outcomes or managing conflict will be.
