Culture Series – Setting An Example (For Non-managers)

Negative employees can spoil a good work environment, hindering the productivity of other employees and affecting the whole team’s morale. This internal discord can even damage a company’s reputation externally. For the good of the company and everybody in it, every employee has a duty to control their attitude when they come to work. This course will take the learner on an adventure through a workplace scenario where their choices about setting an example when faced with a negative co-worker determine the outcome.
