Family Medical Leave Act for Managers (US)
Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) entitlements help relieve employee stress from worrying about keeping their job at an already difficult time. FMLA is a federal law that gives eligible employees of covered employers the right to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave, for specified family or medical reasons, in a 12-month period.
