Identifying the Patient & Other Key Individuals
This course identifies the individuals for whom demographic information is obtained during the patient intake process.
- At the conclusion of this course you will be able to:
- Define demographic information.
- Name the key players and their roles in a Patient’s visit.
- Differentiate between a Patient, Guarantor, Nearest Relative, Insured, and Emergency Contact.
