Illinois Sexual Harassment Prevention in Hospitality for Managers (US)
Sexual harassment can happen in any workplace, regardless of industry. Yet, there are more sexual harassment charges filed by workers in the accommodation and food service industry than any other. Managers need to know how to prevent sexual harassment and respond confidently and appropriately when an employee makes a claim. This course meets the requirements for training Illinois restaurant and bar supervisors and managers. There are two parts to this course that must be completed.
