Inclusive behaviors are crucial for creating safe, welcoming, and equitable spaces. It’s important for individuals, organizations, and society as a whole to recognize the value of inclusive behaviors and take active steps towards promoting them.
We want to actively change your employee’s behavior when it comes to inclusion. We’ve created this micro-series course so employees can explore eight different inclusive behaviors. They’ll dive deeper into each behavior to learn from real people’s experiences, ways they can respond in certain situations, and reflect on their own behaviors. We’ll give them the tools to engage with others to promote a more inclusive environment.
