Juggling Project Resources
You’ve started the small-scale project and created a work breakdown structure with combined tasks and sub-tasks. What would you say are the three major drivers of most projects? Which is critical to your project? There are two ways to measure project time: effort and duration. The duration is calendar based. Effort is how much of your work time it takes. They’re usually not the same. The type of project and your organization may dictate how you’ll measure a specific project.
