Leadership Suite – Groupthink versus Visionary
When most people think of a great leader, they think of someone who can seize the day and make those important decisions under high pressure and tight time constraints.
Equally nobody wants to be led by a dictator. We also want leaders to possess the ability to evaluate many different ideas. Someone who can identify alternative ways of working, integrate different perspectives into their own.
