Leadership Suite – Groupthink versus Visionary

When most people think of a great leader, they think of someone who can seize the day and make those important decisions under high pressure and tight time constraints.  
Equally nobody wants to be led by a dictator. We also want leaders to possess the ability to evaluate many different ideas. Someone who can identify alternative ways of working, integrate different perspectives into their own.  
In this course we evaluate two very distinctive styles of leadership and see where it’s possible to bridge the gap between groupthink decision making and visionary leadership.
