Leading Learning – Communicating to Project Stakeholders
Most stakeholders are going to have very specific concerns about certain things within your project; typically, it won’t be general issues or large project-wide concerns. Project stakeholders are going to be concerned predominantly about the things they have a high level of concern or a high level of influence over. Make sure that the information that you give to a particular stakeholder is appropriate for that stakeholder. This course will help you identify stakeholders and determine what, and when, to communicate to them.
