Leading Learning – Emotional Awareness
When we are feeling a particular way, sometimes it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly what emotion we are feeling. Often our minds can get clouded with many different thoughts and feelings, and it can be difficult to acknowledge how or why we are feeling a particular way. In this course, employees will learn about the benefits of emotional awareness, ways to effectively recognize emotions and how to use this awareness to gain control of them, as well as improving decision making, communication and general well-being.
