Leading Learning – Managing Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment is damaging to people’s health and psychological wellbeing. It can negatively affect morale, attendance at work, productivity and an organization’s reputation. While we may never be able to eliminate all instances of harassment, we can put a stop to problem behaviors before it escalates or results in complaints. Managers need to make sexual harassment prevention a priority to promote positive behavior in the workforce.
This course will show a manager the role they play in preventing and reporting sexual harassment. Managers will learn about how best to support their employees and their organization if sexual harassment occurs where they work.
