Leading Learning – Social Media Awareness
Communicating via social media has become a common, quick and easy way to interact and stay in touch with co-workers and customers. However, the immediate and informal nature of this kind of communication can give the impression that it’s different to how we interact face-to-face and at work. But it’s not. The same rules and expectations about our conduct in the physical workplace, also apply to our online behaviour.
This course will provide employees with the knowledge to be more social media aware. It will challenge them to think about what they post on social media and how it can affect them and their organization.
