In 1969, a Swiss-born psychiatrist, Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross offered a unique perspective on change which she developed from her research with terminally ill patients. Dr. Kubler-Ross introduced the world to the five stages of grief or what we now refer to as the Change Curve. More than 50 years later, the Change Curve has been adapted as a useful and relevant tool to help organizations manage change effectively.
